1ee Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 1ee ("1ee", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 1ee.app. These Terms govern all use of the 1ee website, mobile interface, account services, gaming products, sports betting services, promotional offers, and payment facilities offered under the 1ee brand.

To register and maintain a 1ee account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement and there are no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.
• You must not already hold another active or suspended 1ee account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order currently active on your account.
• Your use of the platform must not violate any applicable laws or regulations in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it.

During the registration process and at any point thereafter, 1ee may request identity verification documents including a copy of your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or Pakistani passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a regulatory requirement and must be completed before withdrawal requests can be processed.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all personal information associated with your 1ee account remains accurate and current. If any registered details change — including your mobile number, email address, or Pakistani bank account details — you must update your account profile promptly or contact 1ee support.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1ee login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued for two-factor authentication. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your 1ee account — including bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — will be treated as having been authorized by you. 1ee bears no liability for losses or unauthorized transactions that result from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify 1ee support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You must not use automated software, bots, scrapers, or AI-assisted tools to access the platform.
• You must not attempt to access another player's account under any circumstances.
• You must not share your account with any other person, including family members.

1ee employs 256-bit SSL encryption, session timeout controls, device fingerprinting, and optional SMS OTP two-factor authentication to protect player accounts. These security features are active on all accounts by default and represent the platform's minimum security baseline.

All financial transactions on the 1ee platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 1ee supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT (TRC20). Additional payment channels may be added or removed from time to time at 1ee's discretion.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and displayed in the 1ee cashier at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC identity verification. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
• 1ee targets a withdrawal processing time of under 1 hour for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and 2–4 hours for bank transfers. These are target times, not guarantees, and may vary depending on payment processor availability.
• 1ee reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or unusual transaction patterns.
• Funds deposited through bonuses are subject to their own specific withdrawal conditions as set out in the applicable bonus terms.

Any transaction that appears to be fraudulent, involves stolen payment credentials, or is connected to money laundering activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities. 1ee fully cooperates with law enforcement and financial intelligence agencies in Pakistan and internationally.

1ee offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, PSL-season promotions, Eid packages, and ongoing loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is communicated to you.

General bonus conditions that apply across all 1ee promotional offers unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and identity verification.
• All bonus amounts are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific offer terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Bonuses expire within the period stated in the offer. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit offers, or any other form of manipulative bonus extraction — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and permanent account closure.
• Welcome bonuses are limited to one per household, device, IP address, and payment method.

All casino games available on the 1ee platform — including slots, live dealer games, fish games, and table games — use independently certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game fairness is subject to regular third-party audit and testing.

For sports betting, including cricket, PSL markets, and UFC, odds are set by 1ee's sportsbook team and reflect the platform's assessment of event probabilities. Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet acceptance. A bet is considered accepted only when a confirmation receipt is displayed in your 1ee account.

1ee reserves the right to void any bet or game round in the event of a technical malfunction, data feed error, or obvious pricing error. In such cases, all affected stakes will be returned to player accounts. 1ee is not liable for losses resulting from technical faults beyond its reasonable control.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed at the table or game interface.
• Winnings are credited to your 1ee account immediately upon settlement of the relevant game round or event.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, or system errors for profit is prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated winnings.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1ee platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Opening or operating more than one 1ee account.
• Using false, misleading, or someone else's personal information during registration or KYC.

The following responsible gaming features are built into every 1ee account:

• Deposit Limits: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and within 24 hours when increased.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 1ee platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the 1ee platform.
• Create derivative works based on 1ee content.
• Use any 1ee branding, trademarks, or logos without prior written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform.

1ee collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at 1ee.app/privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering for a 1ee account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 1ee collects personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration and identity verification (KYC).
• Processing financial transactions and preventing fraud.
• Complying with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• Providing customer support and resolving disputes.

Where 1ee's liability cannot be fully excluded by applicable law, total liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you in the 24-hour period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1ee reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, 1ee will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will update the revision date displayed at the top of this page.

If you do not agree with any amended version of these Terms, you must stop using the 1ee platform immediately and contact support to arrange closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1ee holds its gaming license.

Where disputes cannot be resolved through direct negotiation or mediation, they shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits a player's right to bring a complaint to 1ee's licensing authority or to seek interim relief through the courts of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
